For this week’s giveaway, I thought I’d bring something more modern.
Of all the different spin offs out of Final Crisis, I found this book the most interesting. Following Japan’s Super Young Team, Final Crisis Aftermath: Dance collects 1-6 of their own miniseries.
It’s written by Joe Casey with art by Chriscross and Eduardo Pansica.

It’s almost offensive, but having been to Japan and seen the t-shirts, I have to say that marketing would probably do pretty well over there.

I acutally thought this team was pretty interesting despite them only being in a few small scenes. Nice to see that they were able to get their own trade.

Grant Morrison is exploring International charactors here. Now he is going forward with Batman inc..international too. A new theme???

Makes sense, really, consider he isn’t American (like many dc creators!) and media is really an international thing these days. By my stats, DC is popular all over the world – no reason the DCU should be so America centric.

This is the one Aftermath story I’m actually interested in and curious about. They had some interesting scenes in Final Crisis and I liked the concept.
