Green Lantern: Emerald Knights is kind of a good follow up to first flight so can be done anytime after that I think.

Then maybe the shorts would be a good fit, they don't really deal with and existing stories specifically.

Then I would say

Justice League: Crisis on Two Earth (mostly because this is more fun with a stronger understanding of the existing characters.

All-Star Superman (read with all star superman) A good way to wrap it all up and is a good end story. 

With Batman year one coming out this fall I would place that with wonder woman as well.
