i have posted previously about where could i start reading comics and through searching online i have found out about the new 52, i am wondering if this is a good place to start reading fresh?, if so i will be buying superman, green arrow and justice league probably.

 

If you could let me know if in fact i am correct and these will be a good starting point or not it would be appreciated.

Probably as good a starting point as any. I like to go back to "the start" – but it's not cost or time conscientious, that's for sure.

I'd check out the new books and then just go with the ones you like.

I started collecting monthlies, after 7 years of buying tpb's at the start of the New52 and now we are 6 months in!

 

I've kept most, dropped a few. But overall the quality has been high. Really enjoyed it.

 

I didn't do it before (buy monthlies) as I didn't know where to start. So this was the perfect opportunity.
