Simon, I split this into a new thread just to deal with this issue.

I'll start testing it with one of the test accounts, but in the meantime if anyone else runs into it, let me know? It might just be that the folder permissions need to be reset since the last server upgrade, but I'll look into it at some point today.

weird, maybe it was just timing out before (which would still be bad, but at least isn't entirely my fault.) I'll keep an eye on it.
