Hey all, I would of chipped in earlier but was getting some well earned kip.
The current reading order made sense to me even if in there were little blips that didn't work; by shifting things you'd probably only replace these with bigger ones.It is clear when reading these that they were all written at different times and by different people so the blips make sense.
The thing that irked me the most while reading through some of the collections is that despite being aimed at new audiences they rely too much on already knowing a lot of the super character in general. For me this wasn't a problem as I know the characters, but others might not and have a few questions that the comics make no effort to answer.
I honestly don't mind the teen angle too much, despite never being a Titan fan, I am just reading them expecting to have something bad happen to them and then they will man the f— up, until then I am humouring the characters who are teens who shouldn't be (Tony Stark and the F4). Spiderman should be a teen as should most of the X-Men, so their portrayals work.
@Marc the Doom arc is the best UF4 that I have read so far, very enjoyable but I still enjoyed "Unstable Molecules" from the real F4 better.
