Just thought I'd start up a thread to keep everyone posted on how this is going. Right now I'm trying to tackle this in alphabetical order by series, so I'm finishing up ABC Warriors at the moment.
Incidentally, if anyone has information on ABC Warriors: The Volgan War Vol. 3 and/or Vol. 4, please let me know. I have been unable to find Vol. 3 on Amazon, and while they have Vol. 4 listed, I'm not sure whether it actually exists (it's not listed on the 2000 AD website). Thanks!

ABC Warriors, Bad Company, Nemesis the Warlock, and some random one-offs are done (or as done as I can reasonably get, in the case of ABC Warriors). Future Shocks and Halo Jones almost done!

The only thing to note is that v3 has the same cover on Amazon UK as v2; this is quite common over here, it just means you'll have to maybe hunt down the correct cover.

yeah, I've noticed that kind of thing before. Sometimes I go to ebay to see what people are selling and look at the pictures to confirm (though there isn't usually a good picture file there, it at least gives me an idea of what to look for)

You can usually get a decent shot off of google images but good suggestion to use ebay to confirm it as most google images thrown back can be so irrelevant.
Have any of you ever tried comic-library software? Maybe can use images from one of those?

honestly, my favorite thing to do is make the scans myself, but that's not always possible. But it's always the highest quality and sometimes just as quick as finding a low quality one.
Getting the images fed from amazon isn't so bad, since we're affiliates and it's symbiotic.
I don't like to take images from paid databases if possible, but there are some open source ones out there and the publisher websites.
