Up Down

By taking the styling out of the plugin code for the wp-pagenavi and putting it in my theme where it is called, I’m able to call it in different places in the page and style it differently.

I realized that I needed to do this when I was browsing the RRO and got to the end, and instinctively looked for a next link right near the content. It wasn’t there, of course, because I had moved it to the navbar.

I love the navbar when I’m consciously using it, but I don’t think ever user will know to look for it right away, and also sometimes you just want the navigation right on top.

So this is one of the few places on the site where I think it’s a really really good idea to be redundant. I styled the inline iterations of the navigation extremely lightly and put them back in – so you should see them on the top and bottom of the page content again.

Awesome blog! Do you have any recommendations for
aspiring writers? I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m
a little lost on everything. Would you propose starting
with a free platform like WordPress or go
for a paid option? There are so many options out there that
I’m totally confused .. Any tips? Bless you!
