Up Down

Well, freebie fans, we’ve had stuff for the 70s set, stuff for the universe neophytes… now this one’s for the kids.

Today’s Link:

If you’re in Kids WB’s target demographic and love superheroes, DC Beyond is a paradise. Boasting no less than 41 unique flash games, as well as exclusive icons and wallpaper, one could easily spend hours virtually donning the spandex suits of Batman, Wonder Woman, Plastic Man, the Teen Titans, and many more… but the real cornerstone of DC Beyond is the Batman cartoons.

For absolutely no charge and very limited commercial interruption, DC Beyond currently offers the entirety of Season 3 of The Batman for your perusal, as well as the first six episodes of Season 1.

The Batman takes what I can only describe as a “lighter and edgier” approach to Batman’s until-now un-depicted early years as the Dark Knight, featuring radical (and sometimes controversial) reinterpretations of his most classic villains.

What, not satisfied? Because here comes the whopper: DC Beyond also offers the complete first seasons for both Batman Beyond and Batman: The Animated Series (!!!). If you’ve never seen them before, or even if you have, no matter how old you are, you will NOT want to miss this.

Well, that’s what DC Beyond has to offer us for now but Kids WB has more to spare. We’ll save that for another time, though.

Until then, send my regards to Harley Quinn and Terry McGinnis!

Hoo boy, yeah. I sat down to watch one episode last night, and I ended up watching three. That’s the magic of Bruce Timm and Paul Dini. Glad to see you’re enjoying the feature!

Run long enough and we’ll have to give you a blog category so people can see the archived column.

I’m working on getting the Hellboy books up right now, and after I finish that update I’ll post your next feature :D
