Power Girl was published by DC Comics in June 2006. Instead of collecting a single story arc, it is a compilation and presentation tackling the complex history of Ms. Kara Zor-L.

Great review, Chris! Power Girl was a pretty big blind spot for me until I read this post, and I think I have a bit of a better understanding of her now. I think my favorite Supergirl will always be the one from the '50s, though, especially when she's having ridiculous adventures with the Legion of Super Heroes. Was she the one who died in Crisis? Ugh, too many Supergirls…

Excellent review Chris, it sounds like this is a collection actually worth reading and well-produced with the little intro's to each section. The whole Supergirl thing is a bit of a mess that they have finally seemed to come to a settled point on with PG and Kara.
